Build With Padebi (buildwithpadebi.com) is run by Quantum Questt Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Quantum Questt Ltd is the controller of your personal information.

• Community signup: your first name, email address, where you signed up, and a record of your subscription and confirmation.
• Enquiries: what you enter in the enquiry form on our Work With Padebi page, such as your name, email and details of your request.
• Purchases and bookings: you pay on a secure checkout page run by Stripe. We receive your name, email and order details. We never see or store your full card details.
• Emails you send us: your email address and anything you choose to share.
• Technical information: our hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

• Marketing emails: your consent.
• Replying to enquiries and discussing work together: steps you ask us to take before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to you.
• Processing purchases and delivering what you bought: performance of a contract.
• Financial and tax records: legal obligation.
• Running, securing and improving the website: our legitimate interests.

When you join the community, we send one email asking you to confirm your address. You are only added to our list after you click the confirmation link. This stops anyone signing you up without your knowledge.

Once you have confirmed, you may receive:

• A welcome sequence of four emails
• Tuesday Notes, our weekly email
• Selected content and resources
• Occasional relevant updates about programmes, products and services

Our emails are sent and managed through Brevo, an email platform. Brevo stores your name, email address, signup source and subscription status on our behalf, and acts on our instructions as our processor.

Brevo may also record whether an email is opened and which links are clicked. We use this to understand what is useful to you and to improve our emails.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email, or email hello@buildwithpadebi.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Once you unsubscribe, we will not add you back unless you ask us to.

Our enquiry form is provided by Jotform. What you submit is stored by Jotform and shared with us so we can reply. We use it only to respond to you and to discuss any work you asked about.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our website fonts are served from our own website, not from a third party.

Some services we use may set their own cookies or collect technical data when you use them. This includes the Jotform enquiry form and Stripe checkout pages, which may use cookies to work securely. Their own privacy policies explain how.

We share personal information only with providers who help us run Build With Padebi:

• Brevo: email delivery and automation
• Jotform: enquiry form
• Stripe: payments for workshops and programmes
• Lovable: website building and hosting

We also run a WhatsApp Channel. If you choose to follow it, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that under its own privacy policy. We never sell your personal information.

Some of our providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards each provider offers under UK data protection law. You can email hello@buildwithpadebi.com for more detail.

• Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details. After you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
• Enquiries that do not lead to work: 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless we need them longer for a legal reason or an ongoing client relationship.
• Financial and accounting records: for the period required by law.

We use reputable providers, limit who can access your information, and keep private account keys off the website. No system is completely secure, but we take care to protect what you share with us.

Under UK GDPR you have rights over your information. Which rights apply depends on why we are using it. You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of your information
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Restrict how we use it
• Transfer it to another provider
• Withdraw your consent at any time

Your right to object: where we use your information based on our legitimate interests, you can object at any time, and we will stop unless we have a compelling reason to continue.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the current version.
